We rented a home that was advertised as being a "2 minute walk to the beach". The home was titled "Ocean Walk".

When we arrived to the property the beach access was closed. We can not get to the beach without packing up the kids and everything And driving, which we could do from home. We never would have rented this home if we would have known there was no beach access. We have been trying to call vacation rental pros since the first day of our vacation.

We have left 4 messages without response. We have gotten a hold of 2 different people that both said they would contact us back and neither have. We will NEVER rent with these people again. We have wasted almost $2000 and an entire week of vacation time, to be disappointed and extremely frustrated.

To top it off, my mom has a rental, and she used vacation renal pros and fired them because they were so horrible and inattentive to renters.

She warned me and I did not listen. Do not trust these people with your vacation!!
